About Kuna Life Church
What type of church are we?
Kuna Life Center is a charismatic, contemporary, come-as-you-are church. By charismatic, we mean that we are a church that believes that the gifts and ministries of the Holy Spirit did not cease with the New Testament church, but are and always will be operational in the Church. This includes ministering as God desires in the realm of the miraculous – divine healing, authoritative deliverance from demonic influences, the prophetic, and so on. Our Senior Pastor received training from New Life Bible College in California. As you may have already noticed, Pastor Stan is a down-to-earth, hands-on pastor. He has only one passion in life – to see lost people come to Jesus.
What is our central focus?
Quite simply, we are an evangelistically driven church. Everything we do is directed to impact “just one more!” We are always looking for ways to “reach our city,” finding creative ways to connect with people where they are and lead them to a living relationship with Jesus Christ. Our church presently has many of different ministries in place. The ultimate focus of each of these ministries is to serve the people of our city.
What “style” is our worship?
We embrace a high-energy, contemporary worship style. Our worship team’s primary goal is to lead our people into the presence of God. From God’s presence in our midst flows ministry and life: souls are saved, sick bodies healed; we believe that this type of living represents what “a church family” is supposed to be about.
We value:
Meaningful Relationships—as people designed to thrive with the interaction of others, we believe that strong, vibrant relationships are essential for total wholeness. We at Kuna Life Center Church feel there are three major areas of expression.
1) A personal relationship with Jesus Christ
2) Connecting with others of like faith and interests
3) Maintaining relationships with those who may be searching for answers to questions of faith or life
Active Serving—serving requires action. We at Kuna LIfe Center are seeking impact through influence, yet we are gaining influence through serving.
Integrity—a state of wholeness, including natural, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
Giving—a proper attitude of giving is essential in our daily walk of life. To God in the area of tithes and offerings, and to others as valid needs are presented.
Honest Accountability—every person can know the joy of trusting oneself to another in a healthy relationship. True freedom comes when I can become open before God and other people of trust.
The Bible—we believe the Bible is the expression of God's truth and direction for our lives.
Prayer—true relationship can only be achieved by spending time with the one of your desire. Prayer is a means of us positioning ourselves to talk with God and sense him respond back to us.
Expressive Worship—giving our emotions and affections place to show our passion for our creator can be a dynamic time in the life of believers.
Vision Statement
The vision of Kuna Life Center is to build a strong body of Spirit-filled believers that will shake this community and this world with the reality of Jesus Christ.
Our leadership promotes contagious soul winning on every level of ministry: children, youth, and adults. We create an atmosphere that inspires leadership development, empowering and supporting the dreams and visions of ministry within the hearts of people.
Our services allow the presence of God to flow through dynamic praise and worship, operation of the gifts of the Spirit, and practical, inspired teaching and preaching of the Word in such a way that lives are changed, the lost are won, and the needs of the people are met.
Our church works in unity with the City Staff, City Council, The Mayor and our community. Our purpose is to win the lost and positively impact our city and the Treasure Valley.
